Dr. Lisa Yeung’s mission is to heal the world of chronic stress and burnout. 

As a Family Physician with a degree in Clinical Psychology, she was shocked to find herself so burned out and depressed one day that she could not get herself out of bed. How did she get here? In the face of several unexpected life circumstances, including a rare medical condition, she had pushed and stretched herself too far. 

This wake-up call helped her realize that the way she had been living - grinding, achieving, prioritizing everything and everyone else first - was clearly not working. And so she set on a journey to discover a better way. 

After thousands of hours of research, self-discovery, and inner work, she not only healed herself from burnout and depression, but she also discovered a new way of living that she never knew was possible - one in which she feels even more alive, aligned, and free than ever. She is no longer just barely surviving and getting by…she is now truly thriving and living her best life.

Now, her passion is to help free others from chronic stress so that they too can live their best lives. She guides her coaching clients using a holistic and integrative approach that combines her medical and scientific expertise with her experience in more esoteric, mind-body healing modalities. She has also trained and supported leaders and organizations around the world on her unique approach to minimize stress and prevent burnout.

Dr. Yeung envisions a world, freed from the unnecessary suffering of chronic stress, where people truly thrive and live their most aligned and fulfilled lives with ease and flow.
